"We visited Skyzone New Rochelle for my Nephew Matthews Birthday on October 12 and it was an amazing experience. The staff seemed as if they needed a picker upper but our host was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. The atmosphere over all was calm and kids were having fun as well as adults. I thought I was an ultimate warrior until the obstacle humbled me and I was defeated. Will definitely be visiting again. "I had to come shout out the staff at this location. Every single one I interacted with was AMAZING. Starting from the young woman at the counter, she helped save me money. She was knowledgeable and very sweet. Once in, I had an issue with the lockers and asked the security man for help who then went and got a worker for me. Which was very nice. The man, who was a supervisor, gave me a locker for free which was very very nice. He could have just helped me get a locker but he went above that which was greatly appreciated! The workers watching the attractions were so patient with my young son. H"

"Went there with family, because my niece had her birthday 🎂 party their. You have to make a reservation first and put down a payment to hold a spot. That goes for getting tickets as well. My niece had a wonderful time. She had invited her best friend and her cousins came along as well. I enjoyed myself as well even thou I wasn't jumping. I sat in the massage chair."
