Sky Zone Trampoline Park

We held a private event here and had an amazing experience. Sarah the assistant manager helped me with the planning details. Craig the main manager was so kind and truly made us feel cared for and tended to. The whole staff took care of our guests with great attitudes. We are so glad we booked this private party here. Thank you Sky Zone!

Dirty, crowded and the space is way too small. This is a ripoff! I am going to wait for the Walnut Creek location! Do not get a membership!!! Not worth it.

Dear Parents, I want to share a warning about a slide at Sky Zone. My daughter visited for the first time, and while using this slide, she did not landed safely and suffered a nondisplaced fracture in her upper right arm, involving the proximal humerus. Please make sure to remind your kids to be extra cautious on this slide. I’ve attached a video for your reference. Stay safe!

Dirty, way less amenities inside that other places. The price does not reflect the experience, at all. The main reason for 1-star is the manager, Sarah. I had a membership here for my daughter and when I went to try and cancel it she was just awful to deal with. She was condescending, raised her voice at me, talked over me, and offered zero help to cancel my membership. I have a hard time remembering if I’ve ever dealt with someone in customer service as rude as her. Because of her, I will encourage my friends and family to never spend a dime at Sky Zone. There are far better places out there without a bully of a manager running the place. Hey owner, if you read this, feel free to contact me, I’d be more than happy to go over in detail my experience with the person you have “managing” your business.

Great kids entertainment! Has a couple unique structures (love the giant slides).Food is pricey. Son says the trampolines are not bouncy enough. Customer service is friendly. Overall, fun place.
