"feedback on a disappointing Experience I don’t usually leave reviews, especially when we’ve had mostly positive experiences but I feel this needs to be shared in hopes of improving communication and respect toward customers. We’ve been members at Sky Zone Mountlake Terrace for over three months now, visiting at least three times a week because our daughter loves it. The park itself is fun, clean, and close to home, and we’ve always enjoyed our time here. Today (04/24/25), we were unexpectedly told by the manager (who happen to be the manager that evening) that she couldn't check in us due "

"Update 2025.04- Still very clean Kids love it!!! Since it just opened less than a week ago it is still very clean and not crowded yet. Lots of seating for adults and also have charging ports at the table. The restroom is very clean. Monthly membership is a great deal and also you get a discount for food too! So far the staff are all nice and friendly. Also it is very stroller and wheel chairs friendly. Forget about street parking just use the free underground parking lot then take the elevator up. Very convenient and also have some EV parking spaces too."
