About Sky Zone Trampoline Park
Sky Zone excels as a clean, well-maintained family entertainment venue, largely due to its exceptional staff who actively engage with children. It's particularly strong for organized birthday parties and special age-restricted events that cater well to specific age groups (e.g., under 6s) by managing crowd dynamics. However, general admission on weekends, particularly Saturdays, can lead to extreme crowding.

Why families love it

- Facilities are consistently described as 'really clean and well maintained' and 'spacious and clean'.
- Special age-restricted events (e.g., '6 and under' Valentine's Event) effectively prevent 'rowdy bigger kids' from pushing little ones around, creating a safer environment for toddlers.

- Staff engagement with children, including showing them how to use activities.
Insider tips
- Look for Groupon deals as regular pricing can be 'a bit pricey without'.
- For a less crowded and more age-appropriate experience for younger children, consider attending special, age-restricted events (e.g., '6 and under' events).
- Avoid ordering the nachos due to poor quality and value.
- Be prepared for extremely high crowd levels if visiting on a Saturday for general admission.
- If an event lists specific refreshments (like coffee), it's advisable to confirm availability as it may not always be provided.
Good to know before you go
- Saturday general admission, as it's prone to being 'packed' with large numbers of kids and adults.
- Ordering the nachos due to their poor quality and value.
- If you have high expectations for specific refreshments advertised for events, as they might not always be available.
- General admission on Saturdays can be 'packed does not begin to explain how many kids and adults were there', leading to extreme crowding.
- Food quality is inconsistent: Nachos are specifically 'NOT recommend[ed]', described as '$4 for TWELVE semi stale nachos with a side of jalapeños that taste way over pickled'.
- Crowds
- Can be 'packed' to an extreme degree on Saturdays, particularly for birthday parties.
- Value
- Regular admission can be 'a bit pricey' without discounts. Parents should look for 'good deals' often available on Groupon. Specific food items like nachos are poor value ($4 for twelve semi-stale pieces).
- Food
- On-site pizza is highly recommended, described as 'so freaking good'.
- Accessibility
- No specific accommodations mentioned in reviews.
- Safety
- Staff actively engages with children, showing them how to safely make the most of activities, rather than just passively monitoring.
What parents say
"Whilst vacationing in the area from England we visited Sky Zone with our two sons (aged 8 & 11). The activities here are amazing, really clean and well maintained, lots of stuff for all ages and abilities, we were really impressed and our kids LOVED it! What really made the visit amazing was the exceptional service by the staff here. They are friendly, welcoming, thoughtful and so kind to my boys, engaging with them and showing them how to make the most of the activities (not just Policing them). The team here were genuinely amazing and clearly love what they do. We will definitely be back! We"

"We've been to a couple of these trampoline play parks and they all have their pros and cons. My daughter's and I took the the grandkids to their Valentine's Event and had a blast. The event was restricted to 6 and under so there weren't any rowdy bigger kids to push the little ones around. The place is spacious and clean and the employees are all friendly and helpful. My only criticism is the event listed coffee as well as treats and drinks and there wasn't any coffee to enjoy with all the snacks. We left happy and exhausted."
