"Visiting the Skydeck is something I've wanted to do since I was a kid. I finally got the chance and I wasn't disappointed. We went on a Tuesday night in February. I was worried because it was a little cloudy, but the forecast showed it would be the best day of the week, so we went for it. We had incredible views of the city lights. There was an expedited option. I don't think that was worth the extra $20. The tickets are reservations for a specific time, so if you show up at your appointed time, you'll get in within the half hour. It appears the primary benefit for the expedited ticke"

"Beautiful place. I loved that the entrance is designed like a museum where you can learn about Chicago’s history and gastronomy. Once you reach the observation deck, you get an amazing 360° view of the city. It’s stunning both during the day and at night. We went at sunset and stayed until nightfall to take photos in ‘The Ledge.’ A staff member helped us with the pictures, so we got some great group shots. An unforgettable experience."

"Great attraction in the city of Chicago. Located at the Willis Tower, is very easy to get there and close to other must see sights in the Windy City. If you are coming by train, is right close to the station. Once you get in the building, there are signs directing you to the elevator for the deck, and you can also enjoy of the restaurants and Caffés from the lobby of the Willis Tower. I highly recommend to buy tickets in advance, I went on a weekday and the place was not full, but having tickets, you can go straight to the entrance to get the elevator and don’t have to wait in line to buy tick"
