"I've been to Slate run many times, with and without my family. It has been an enjoyable experience until this visit. Our family decided to go to get our holiday photos for a card. The kids sat on fences and in front of barns. The big work horses were brought out and the site volunteer mocked is for being on the hog fence, as we were going to get manure on us. "Such a cute family experience! The male farmer was very kind and asked us if we had any questions and told us a little about his job. Everything has signage if necessary and it’s very well maintained."

Plenty of parking and new restrooms! The work horses were being used today! So very much to see and it's very much like stepping back in time! In addition, I cannot say enough good things about the farm manager Ann, and her entire st"
