"Unprofessional and unfriendly. Cancelled my daughter's registration for gymnastics classes just because I failed to pay the invoice the same day. The invoice was sent at 6pm without any clear instructions, and the next day I received a message that the invoice was cancelled and my daughter's spot was given away. They did nothing to fix the situation. The following communication was similarly unprofessional and rude."
