"We had two daughters that did competitive gymnastics for several years. Our youngest did gymnastics for a decade. She finished out her very successful career with Jeremy and Erine Viet at Southern Gym Club. Throughout her career circumstances took us all over the city of San Antonio to train. Our girls had several different coaches through the years. The youngest now in college, recently attended the NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional. We had a great conversation about her career. "I am deeply disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy shown by Southern Gymnastics recently. While the coaches are fantastic and my daughters enjoyed their time there, the management's rigid adherence to policies, even in the face of significant family circumstances, left a sour taste. "This gymnastics team truly feels like a family. Erine and Jeremy genuinely care about the kids, not just in gymnastics but also in their academic success and personal growth. One of the standout aspects of this program is that athletes are continually challenged and prepared for the next level, rather than being held back. This approach keeps my gymnast eager and excited to attend practice every day.
