• • Guest Code of Conduct: Report inappropriate behavior, comply with staff requests, sit only in ticketed seats, consume alcohol responsibly, refrain from fighting/abusive language/interfering with events/smoking/attempting re-entry without credentials, wear appropriate attire.
• • CAPA venues are KultureCity certified, with signage for quiet areas, headphone zones, and sensory inclusive locations. Sensory bags (fidget tools, noise-cancelling headphones, feeling thermometers) are available.
• • Venues will make every effort to post signage on theatre entrances if shows have flashing, flickering, or strobing lights.

📅Booking Policy

• • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• • Tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers are not guaranteed to be valid.
• • CAPA Ticket Center reserves the right to limit ticket purchases per event/account to discourage unfair buying practices.
• • Tickets cannot be resold on unauthorized third-party resellers at a higher price.
• • Digital Tickets are the default delivery option, accessed via wallet.capa.com on a mobile device (no app required).
• • Digital tickets use a rotating QR code that refreshes every 60 seconds and is delivered within 24 hours of performance (or tour specified time). Screenshots or printouts are not valid.
• • Standard Mail delivery is available for a $2 fee, arriving within 5 business days.
• • Hold at Box Office (Will Call) pick-up is available 2 hours prior to performance (1 hour for Summer Movie Series), requiring photo ID.
• • All-In Pricing shows full ticket cost upfront, including fees.
• • Payment Methods Accepted: Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cash, and valid CAPA gift certificates for single ticket purchases. Personal/business checks for subscriptions/groups only. Mobile payments/digital wallets may be accepted at certain venues. • • CAPA Gift Certificates can be redeemed online, by phone, or in person at the CAPA Ticket Center (not for Broadway in Columbus subscriptions/single tickets).
• • CBUSArts Gift Certificates (purchased before March 26, 2025) are honored with the physical certificate.
• • Columbus Local Favorites gift card (from Kroger) usable for tickets and concessions at CAPA venues, including Broadway in Columbus performances.
• • Photos, video, and/or audio recording is prohibited during performances.
• • By attending, guests consent to their likeness being used in media/marketing materials for eternity without compensation.
