"I've been coming to this YMCA for my workouts, and while this facility location is great for me the customer service has been disappointing. I made an urgent request over a month ago, but it still hasn't been handled. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I feel ignored and frustrated. This experience has added stress and changed my view of this specific YMCA. I hope they improve their responsiveness to members' concerns to better assist future members!!!"
