Sport City

To the Management of Sport City Draper, I am writing in regard to the invoice for our missed game, which was sent to our team manager. After weeks of attempting to reschedule the game that conflicted with our outdoor schedule, we were met with complete failure to find a solution. After a full month of inactivity in February without a game only to be stuffed into the final days of your window for scheduling, it is painfully clear that you have neither the interest nor the intention for us to return. We requested that you reach out to other teams to take our place and were ignored. We asked for assistance in rescheduling and received nothing but silence and disregard. It is abundantly clear that you operate with a narrow, inward-facing approach to paying customers. We will pay the invoice, though I imagine you treat referees with the same level of indifference, and they certainly shouldn't be penalized for your complete lack of customer service. However, rest assured that we will not be returning for any future leagues at your facility. This is a deplorable way to run a business, and as a dissatisfied customer, I will actively work to discourage teams, especially those in our club, from participating in any future leagues hosted at Sport City Draper. The soccer community is a close-knit one, and I hope my words and influence will carry far beyond the $35 you seek to collect. Have a wonderful day.

Great sport facility, clean and well kept! We have been there many times for indoor soccer games.

Soccer games start on time and the scoreboard is accurate with referees. The people working the front desk have been helpful moving my kids skills class reservations after teachers request they come at a different time, and I think the quality of teaching for both soccer and basketball has been much better than any rec or junior jazz program around. I recommend.

The facility is great! It’s big and very clean. My only complaint is the seating. I have been to other indoor facilities without obstructed views and this is definitely not one of them. You want views without obstruction while watching your child play soccer, encourage the team to go to Vardner Gillage.

Sport City, be considerate of your neighbors! I can’t quite believe you impose on others like this. Horrible.
