"Joey was fantastic in helping me choose a snowboard and flow-style bindings. He mentioned the bindings might need some tuning and since I had brought my boots the shop could mount the bindings and help dial them in a bit. Paid to have the shop mount the bindings, but they said they couldn't help with any tuning and they didn't bother to pull back the sticker on the new board and mounted the bindings right on top of it. So I had to remount one at home anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Can't win em all"

"Keith, the sales associate in the Campbell store that assisted me in the athletic shoe dept. was outstanding. He certainly knows his running shoes. I was not enamored with the Gel Nimbus I've been running in and he had me try on the comparable Hoka, ON, and Brooks Glycerin. I purchased the Brooks shoe and am very happy with the fit and performance. I took them out today for an 11 miler and they were very comfortable."

"Went to return my kids seasonal rentals this past weekend, great sale on snowboard stuff but slim pickings. I was looking for new snowboard boots and Joey helped find me the one an only boot in my size that fit like a glove. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!"
