"Worst experience in the world! I would love for the owner to contact me! We have the whole thing recorded. 4 girls went to jump here one was in a long dress. They took the girls to the scale took our money then said you need to change her into shorts or she can’t jump. We said sorry we don’t have a change of clothes with us please just give us our money back. The lady, (You CAN NOT MISS HER in the picture) said just dispute the charge with your bank we don’t do refunds and if it’s a issue we can take your other kids who were already jumping off and call mall security and have you escorted out"
