Suntex Boat Club

We rented a pontoon boat for half the day and it was so much fun. The entire process was super easy. We were able to select the boat, date/time we wanted, and pay all online (no hidden fees). The day of process was really smooth and everyone was so helpful. This is definitely on our short list of fun things to do!

First time our family rented a boat & the experience was amazing! Boats were very clean, the staff was very friendly, courteous & helpful. The whole process of renting the boat was super easy as well. We will definately be renting again soon! Thanks Suntex for providing our family an awesome day out on the lake!

Friendly staff, good boats, nice lake. I would definitely go back. Only downside was that they charged for gas and were very stingy about it. We were told we would get a full tank but we only received half a tank. We immediately took pictures and called the office. Our message was not relayed to the team and we had to explain the situation when we returned. When we leaving, some of us went to load the car while the others went to pay. The staff chased us down thinking we were not paying. Nothing horrible but the customer service could improve.

Attempted to spend $2,500 at Eagle Mountain Marina for a boat club membership...the first weekend they wouldn’t allow me to rent one because the “wind speed” so I had call other marinas on the lake and they were very willing to rent me one that same day without any issues. Rented from Lake View Marina when I was supposed to have a membership already at Eagle. I let Eagle mountain marina know they didn’t care and claimed no one went out that day which was false. Attempted to get the log in information to book a boat for the next weekend and got the run around for a week. Got fed up and asked to speak to the manager. At that point I had already decided I was not going to move forward with the membership due to being exhausted from going back and forth the entire week. Turns out they didn’t run my card properly last week so when the manager returned my call she had a bad attitude towards me for no reason. I told her I no longer wanted to move forward with the membership and she had the guts to say “we will have to check the contract terms to see how much we can refund” when I had been blowing them up for the past week and a half trying to get a membership going and on a boat. Best thing they did was refund me. Don’t join this club. Terrible customer service

Wow what an unbelievable experience. The teenagers working at the marina were professional, courteous and very helpful . We rented two boats and had a wonderful experience . My girlfriend was almost shocked how professional , polite and hard the young people were at the marina. We travel often and usually get horrible service from the younger generation. . The boats pontoon and ski boat performed flawless and were well kept . The rental experience was very easy . I recommend that anyone thinking about it to SPEND the money . Trust me . It’s worth every penny . My family left with all smiles even though we were sunburnt red. Lol
