Surge Adventure Park

We have had both of our kids birthday parties here for the past three years and it’s a hit 100% of the time! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the owner is a gem and the place itself is full of adventure to keep the kids happy for hours. Especially for parties! Their packages include everything you may need and you can purchase extras if you want to.

I can not say enough positive things about this establishment. We went for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and she had the best time! Lewis and his assistant were very welcoming from the time we walked in the door. It was a clean, safe, and fun environment for her (and us as parents- lol!). We are looking forward to returning soon!

The new manager Lewis is doing a remarkable job. The fresh paint, vibrant colors, friendliness and welcoming attitude makes it a fun place for families. He is hands on, checks in on your family and wants to make sure you are having a great time. He takes pride in the facility and in his job. It’s nice to always see his friendly face and the care and detail that he is putting into the facility. We’ve been coming here since day one and watched the ups and downs and he has definitely placed Surge on an up. There is something for every member of the family to do and I highly recommend it. The facility is clean, well taken care of and all of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Rodrigo is the man! He assisted us with the waiver process and helped all of my kids get in for a birthday party. Great customer service and atmosphere. This man deserves a promotion!

Before I begin I feel it should be noted. There is not a single negative thing I can say about the staff of this building. They are all courteous. They are all kind. Above all else, they are all respectful. However, upper management needs to be put on notice. We've been coming here for quite a few years and it looks like no reasonable repairs have been made in those years. The place is covered in multiple spots with gorilla tape. There are multiple locations where plywood is exposed, sharp edges are left uncovered and amusements are run down. I shouldn't have to worry about my children's safety to such an extreme. What management needs to understand is that the liability waiver they make you sign does not cover them for faulty or poorly upkept equipment. They are still responsible to properly maintain everything within that building to a certain safety standard. The place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I will not be returning until repairs are made and I'd advise everyone else to do the same.
