💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →If your child is playing soccer, especially a goalie or engaging in activities that involve ground contact, wear durable clothing or older gear as the turf is rough and can cause damage.
- →Be prepared for turf fibers to stick to clothing and be difficult to remove, even after washing.
- →Consider using restrooms earlier in the day or be prepared for potentially very dirty conditions, lack of toilet paper, and scattered waste later in the evening (after 6 PM).
- →Monitor for construction activities, as the park is still being developed.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Soccer fields feature cheap, rough turf that can tear up athletic clothing (e.g., under armour, new goalie gloves) and cause 'rug burn' type marks.
- ⚠Turf 'grass' material sticks to clothes (especially for players who dive) and is very difficult to wash off.
- ⚠Park is still under construction, which may impact facilities or the overall experience and limits it to 2 soccer fields currently.
- ⚠The 2 unisex bathrooms can be extremely dirty later in the day (e.g., 6:30 pm games), lacking toilet paper and having empty rolls scattered around.

2 months agoHere for Las Vegas Mayor's Cup Tournament. The park is nice, the bathrooms are decent for a public park, cold running water. I'd recommend for soccer, with warnings: The turf fields look nice, easy to play on, but seem like cheap rough turf. It's cold so players are wearing under armour and the turf is tearing them up, holes in the legs, ect. My son's brand new goalie gloves have "rug burn" type marks on the gloves after two games. And good luck getting the "grass" off of clothes, my son being a goalie dives and is on the ground more than other players, but he is covered in this cheap turf, and even after washing is not coming off.

5 years agoClean, newer park. Still under construction. Parking lot is big. Holds just enough. I'm sure once they are done with construction, itll be bigger and hopefully more parking. It still only has 2 soccer fields at the moment. As I said, it is a newer park, so it looks great from the outside. The bathrooms is another thing. 2 unisex bathrooms BUT they were VERY dirty!! We had a 630 pm game so maybe they dont clean it until they close but I was disgusted with the bathrooms considering how everything is so beautiful and clean outside. Maybe if I used the bathroom in the morning it would be a different story. No toilet paper and all the empty rolls were scattered around.
