3 months agoI have visited the arcade many times with friends but and one of my wedding clients really love going to arcades today and wanted to incorporate that into their session. So I reached out to see if they would be okay with my taking some engagment photos in their space. They were super friendly and helpful. Here are just a few of the awesome shots from the session

7 months agoFrom rhythm games, pinball, and classic retro games. You really can't beat The Dugout Arcade! Based off a one time payment ($12 weekdays, $15 weekends & 1/2 off if you have the membership) you are free to browse around and play and game you want, and the selection has something for everyone. If you want a full list of games look up "The Dugout Arcade Tour" on YouTube! Save Point really kills it and you can tell the passion that Eric and his team really provide for this arcade. It's such a natural place to hang out for casuals, families, and avid arcade goers! They are always welcoming feedback and communication so if you ever have any issues, they will gladly accommodate! While my primary focus is dance games, I can safely say that the DugOut bridges safety and community with it's members 🙂, extremely welcoming place. Can't recommend it enough.

11 months agoAbsolutely loved it here!! Great arcade with great game selections, and I had a great time at this arcade!! They even offer free water in case you get thirsty while playing. Overall, this place was amazing and I want to come back 😊 10/10

6 months agoForget the freakin' alcohol, it's time to play some retro arcade games! Well.. some of them (for now). If you want to drink, I'm sure you'll be covered too. I feel compelled enough after my mixed experience to leave a review. I visited twice now! The arcade has amazing potential but it unfortunately has MANY inaccessible, broken machines (arcade cabinets + pinball), either completely unplayable or some have monitors that are so damaged with very poor colors, which all contribute to this low review. Significantly disappointing offering, as of Autumn 2024! There's many machines here that I've never seen anywhere else in MD or other American arcades so far (several notable Japanese imports, which was totally unexpected to me), so failing to fully offer the potential of a greater experience right in front of one's video game-obsessed face is truly cruel! Comparable to getting Old Bay sprinkled in your eyes. Of course, decades-old machines will surely need regular maintenance, and so far this establishment has not been able to adequately provide that. I'm suspecting maybe the repair costs are overall too high which is why too many machines are left failing. A whole huge X-Men cabinet + Daytona, etc. all not working during this visit. Some machines have been apparently broken for MONTHS! Not sure if the right staff ever checks these pages, but I hope the feedback pushes them to improve! It was rough, especially for the money you're paying to get in the room. Okay, but for the most part, I adore what you're providing for this community.. how can you not? These modern barcades are a super awesome thing and they need to thrive. The machines that do work are okay.. but unfortunately the experience was just too affected by the negatives. Also, I really wish I could read Japanese but you can't blame anyone for that!
