a week agoWe stayed for the first time on the Saturday before Easter. We had a little snafu upon check-in, but that was quickly remedied by the manager, Stacy B. She was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was enjoyable. We spent the day at the waterpark, which was an all around great experience for us and our 21 month old son. The park was very clean, not overly crowded, had plenty to do, and great (freshly prepared) food with plenty of options. We had the quesadillas and waffle fries - yum ! It took a little longer than expected, but well worth the fresh food. We headed over to DiDi's for dinner, which was also delicious. Our waiter was awesome, the food arrived quickly, and perfect temp. We then participated in an Easter Egg hunt in the courtyard (super cute and fun for all the kids). After, we walked over to Lights of Spring, which was probably the best part of our stay. In the morning, we went back to Didi's for breakfast buffet. Many selections to choose from, great service, and again, delicious ! Beyond the checkout process, everyone was so friendly and wonderful to interact with. We will absolutely be back !

2 weeks agoMy family came here for Easter Brunch, I need to make this very clear. My Dad has kidney disease and we don't know how much longer we have with him. We chose to come to this brunch to celebrate Easter together. My Mother called BEFORE we booked and told them my daughter would be a little late from church, and was that okay "would we be rushed"? And we were told "it was fine, and no rush". Sure enough, day of, we are being pushed out an hour into the meal. My Dad eats slow, and my daughter had been there a whole 15 min. The manager came over and while my mom was trying to explain she called about this he interrupted her, and said "he needs the tables and can't just let us sit all day". I wanted to get up and have words with him. He told my mother he remembered the call, he didn't speak with her, a woman did. He was very rude, and couldn't care less about what we were told. The prices are so high; and don't get me wrong, I understand you want to turn tables to get everyone in to maximize profits. That's great. But my family may have been celebrating our last Easter there. Speak to people with respect. Show people respect. My mom is a kind woman. He was terrible. Not a good experience. So if you like being rushed, or managers with no empathy, nor understanding, please- this is the place for you.

4 weeks agoThe room layout is neat very clean and tidy. Breakfast is terrible and you have to pay for it they charge it to your room even if you don't eat it and it's a buffet. 🤢. The water park side of the hotel is very big and has slides and basketball and donuts to float in it's very much a kid's Paradise. There is also a regular pool that's a lot more laid back and quiet to enjoy. Overall it was a great experience I just will remember to skip the breakfast and save the money and go somewhere with better food.

a month agoFirst time here with our 2 year old and 9 month old. We had a great time and the water temperature was very comfortable. Loved that they had a water park and an indoor pool that opened earlier than the park for our early risers. We asked for a pack & play which they brought to us for our infant. The water park has a hot tub and there’s one outside as well. Looks like a rolling door connects the two but wasn’t open. Had to run through the cold to get outside. Brrrrrr but doable! It would be nice if they allowed entry from the inside. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

2 weeks agoTraveled to the Pewaukee area because a family member was having a surgery there. We stayed at the Ingleside for one night and were extremely impressed with their willingness to accommodate the schedule we were on due to the surgery. All of the contacts we had with various staff members were positive and friendly. In regard to the room we were in, the room was very clean and the beds were cozy and comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at Didi's Supper Club located in the hotel. We had a Cobb salad, quesadillas, and the marry me chicken. Everything was very fresh and tasty. Our bartender / server took very good care of us. We had a relaxing, enjoyable evening at Didi's. I have to mention that the bartender made us some really great Old Fashioneds, too. Thank you Ingleside Hotel for taking such good care of us and being so accommodating.
