"We stayed for the first time on the Saturday before Easter. We had a little snafu upon check-in, but that was quickly remedied by the manager, Stacy B. She was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was enjoyable. We spent the day at the waterpark, which was an all around great experience for us and our 21 month old son. "My family came here for Easter Brunch, I need to make this very clear. My Dad has kidney disease and we don't know how much longer we have with him. We chose to come to this brunch to celebrate Easter together. My Mother called BEFORE we booked and told them my daughter would be a little late from church, and was that okay "would we be rushed"? And we were told "it was fine, and no rush". Sure enough, day of, we are being pushed out an hour into the meal. My Dad eats slow, and my daughter had been there a whole 15 min. "The room layout is neat very clean and tidy. Breakfast is terrible and you have to pay for it they charge it to your room even if you don't eat it and it's a buffet. 🤢. The water park side of the hotel is very big and has slides and basketball and donuts to float in it's very much a kid's Paradise. There is also a regular pool that's a lot more laid back and quiet to enjoy. Overall it was a great experience I just will remember to skip the breakfast and save the money and go somewhere with better food."
