Our stay was OK. All the staff (including life guards) were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, walls are thin, but overall “comfortable” for our one night stay. The whirlpool bathtubs in the rooms are kind of gross; other reviews are accurate. Quiet hours start at 10pm but that was not our experience, other guests were noisy in rooms/hallways until past midnight. The hotel was very busy over a holiday weekend which likely contributed to the extra noise. The waterpark is small but fun. They charge extra for renting “three person” tubes which can only be used on one slide and lazy river. Single/double tubes are plenty but many are deflated. The food & drink options in the park are actually quite good with a range of healthy options too, but not cheap. The waterpark bathroom/locker room areas are extremely small and gross. Arcade is overpriced and small. Fun if you keep it limited. They do have mini bowling but we didn’t try it. We probably won’t come back. This is a good option for Lake Geneva area and we did have fun for a short weekend. But there are much better waterpark hotels in Wisconsin worth the extra drive time and money.

This is a lovely place and a great get-a-way for the kids. Love the old school eco-friendly coffee maker. Fantastic view. Nice kitchenette suite so we could eat in the room. Adult drinks in the Waterpark were pretty pricy, but they are tasty. Fireplace is the room is AWESOME. The bathroom door got stuck, and they sent maintenance right up. Eco-friendly shower soaps are awesome. You're probably not here for the TV but know it stinks. Living room one wouldn't turn on, and the others had old school cable. And I'm not a fan of leather couches, although I understand why they would be useful in a hotel. We didn't eat in any of the restaurants on site, but grown-ups took the trolley to Evolve, which was lovely. All in all, it's a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time. We did a one night trip and definitely will return. The employees were kind and helpful, especially Jessica in the water park and Alex in the arcade. They both went out of their way to make sure our kids had an enjoyable time. My only recommendation would be to splurge for a late check out if you are only going for one night ...while pricey it did help maximize our one night trip.

Had a great experience last week while on spring break. The room was spacious and I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes etc. The waterpark was fun and easily accessible for my handicapped mother. The kids loved the arcade and bowling. Didn't take many pictures because I was in the moment, but it was a blast! The only complaint I would have is that they didn't keep up on towels and we had to wait s few times for them to be ready. Highly recommend bringing your own. Other than that, great time!!!

My family and I had a great time there, the staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Elizabeth! Thanks so much again for all your help. She definitely took care of us, and helped us with any issues we had. The room was very clean and big, perfect for us and the jacuzzi was huge! We had a great time at the waterpark as well. The restaurant Maple and moose I believe it was called was awesome as well. Very good food with great portions. Will definitely come back!
