Very convenient. No human interaction 💯 just wish the mobile kayak was at a bigger lake! FYI it's located at lakeline Park. There is another "location" at brushy Creek lake Park that shows the mobile kayak on Apple maps. That one doesn't seem to be in operation

Highly recommend! Had a great time and Skylar quickly responded to my feedback that I sent and went above and beyond.

Had a fun time out on the lake at Lakeline Park! Looking forward to them adding a presence to Brushy Creek Lake Park. Just FYI they have two single kayaks and two tandem kayaks here currently. The tandem kayak lockers include two adult and one child life vest.

Im editing my original review. This is a great idea and fun when it works, but we did encounter several technical issues. We came here to rent two single kayaks. We were able to rent the first one just fine. Then the screen was stuck on return and wouldn’t allow me to rent the second one. Someone came back and returned their double kayak, but it unlocked all the kayaks and after they finished. Even after I relocked the other 2 kayaks, it didn’t register any of the kayaks as present, except the one double that was just returned. I attempted to contact them by calling and texting. Mobile kayak did text and call me back before we left. She fixed the issue with the screen and was very helpful.

Had a nice Friday afternoon thanks to quick service. Walked up signed paperwork and was out on a kayak within 5 mins. Equipment was in good shape and prices are good. A good place if you don't want the hassle of downtown.
