Insider tips

  • **Clarify Experience Type:** Before booking, confirm whether you are entering the 'haunted house' or an 'escape room' to match the desired scare level (mild for haunted house vs. extreme for escape rooms).
  • **Prepare for Intensity:** If choosing an escape room, be prepared for an extremely scary experience; one reviewer humorously suggested 'Bring an extra pair of underwear'.
  • **Consider Early Arrival:** On Saturdays, it was possible to walk right in at 9 AM, suggesting less crowding during early morning hours.
  • **Look for Discounts:** The business offers discount codes for future visits, which can provide savings for return guests.
  • **Online Reservations:** Online reservation is an option and likely recommended during peak times.

Good to know before you go

  • **Young Children/Easily Frightened Individuals:** Absolutely avoid the intense escape rooms, which are described as 'scary AF' and 'not for the faint of heart'.
  • **Extreme Scare Seekers (for Haunted House):** If you are an adult or older teen expecting an extremely terrifying haunted house experience akin to those of a decade ago, you might find the current haunted house to be milder than anticipated.
  • The intensity of experiences varies significantly: the 'haunted house' may not be scary enough for adults or older teens seeking extreme frights (compared to its past reputation), while the escape rooms are explicitly 'NOT for the faint of heart' and could be too terrifying for younger children or sensitive individuals.
  • The distinction between the intensity of the 'haunted house' and the 'escape rooms' is critical for parents to understand to avoid mismatches in expectations.

"First time doing this (we did the Jigsaw one) and I absolutely loved it!! Myself and a group of friends are actually doing the Ghost Lab this weekend and I can't wait! We reserved it this time online but the first time we walked right on in on a Saturday at 9 and got to do one just like that! They even gave us a discount code to use for the next time! Highly recommended!"

"This place had awesome setting. Starting off in a dark candle lite mortuary. The serial killer lair had lots of extra props that give off an eerie real like feel. These guys took the time and did it right."
