"Great visit! Had a nice lady help me and my son feel welcomed there since we were from Chicago.. Jess I believe was her name! Very helpful and even did great explaining I can get 10% off my purchase! Definitely will be going back! Look for Jess k. If you visit here."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. I have called and they never have the one item I want in stock. Not the employees fault or even the manager as be stated they hadn't seen one in months. Sounds like a north face sourcing problem. Overall, store is nice and staff is helpful in getting you what you need."
