TX River Company

Loves kayaking with this group! I’m not a newbie to kayaking but I am a newbie with this company! Everything was thoroughly explained and boy what a boutique experience! The brought the kayak to the water and helped launch! Life jackets and oars provided. The exit was full service and turnkey. Once i stepped out of the kayak they were full service. The kayak trip itself was full of picturesque spots including the jungle with spectacular wildlife to photograph. It was against the current on the way and with the current on the way back! The perfect length trip!

What a great way to start off the holidays! Got the cousins together and enjoyed an adventure. Ryan was so nice and helped the novice to the experienced all have fun ❤️

I had no idea we had kayaking here in San Antonio. We’re glad we found Texas River Co. We did 2 kayaks for 1 hour and had a great time! Everything was easily explained and easy access to the river. We can’t wait to try it again. 10/10 would recommended

My 89yo mother really wanted to go kayaking so I took her on the one hour tour from Roosevelt Park. It was wonderful! Ryan was great and helped my mom into and out of the kayak. The water was a flat calm and the rowing was easy. She had so much fun she wants to go back and do it again! We saw an egret, ducks, a heron, a hawk, and a kingfisher. Highly recommend this to anyone, but especially someone who wants to try kayaking for the first time.

Texas River Co. was awesome! The owner Ryan greeted us and gave us a quick rundown before sending us off. We did two tandem kayaks and the 1 hour rental was perfect for the hot morning. The part of the riverwalk was also nice, secluded and only 2 other kayaks were around. Would use and recommend again!
