"Went for a birthday party. Was our 1st time ever going and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. They all stood around like they could care less about being there. The person doing the party for our group was awful. She wasn't helpful at all. My daughter got hurt (bump on forehead) so we asked for ice so while waiting for it she was just standing there socializing instead of giving us the ice right away. We will not be returning there. I am not one to complain but this was awful and we drove an hr to this place just for a bday party. Plus there was no room adults to sit or be out of the way."
