Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Kids loved it here. They were hands on and we enjoyed it. Staff could smile more 😉

My daughter's friend had her 8th birthday party here. Everyone had an awesome time.

Went for a birthday party. Was our 1st time ever going and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. They all stood around like they could care less about being there. The person doing the party for our group was awful. She wasn't helpful at all. My daughter got hurt (bump on forehead) so we asked for ice so while waiting for it she was just standing there socializing instead of giving us the ice right away. We will not be returning there. I am not one to complain but this was awful and we drove an hr to this place just for a bday party. Plus there was no room adults to sit or be out of the way.

Took my grandbabies here after school. It was basically empty so they enjoyed having the place to themselves!

Wow. Wow. Wow. I've never been to a place where people care so little about the customers satisfaction. First the ladies at the front counter had a full attitude and was looking at us like we were supposed to know the next steps( mind you this is my first time). We got there at 7:50, got on the floor at 8. The first entry was "closed" as soon as we got in crazy right? The air ride closed right behind the first entrance but luckily Taijah I believe gave us the opportunity to ride. Among the other entries the dodgeball court and foam pit closed for literally 2 minutes and opened back up. You would think with all this activity going on the water fountain would work right? Wrong and no one was working at the concession stand to by a water. This was one for the books
