"Definitely a fun time. However, staff could absolutely be more attentive. I saw several guests vaping indoors and profane language being used with no reprimand. It’s supposed to be a family establishment but I don’t feel like that was a top priority for employees. They could also use more space for people who would like to enjoy their concessions, or at least staff ensuring no one “camps” at tables meant for concessions. She seemed a bit bothered when asked for help. She seem like she did not want to be there... As for the Kiosk, it's straight forward however, give customers the ability to add/sign bulk waivers before being able to add packages and please add payment options so customers can get squared away pronto. It wasn't a huge c"
