"We had such a fantastic experience at Urban Air for my daughter’s birthday party. Check-in was seamless and organized, and the facility was full of fun for the kids—but what really made the day extra special was our amazing host, Sara. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and on top of every detail. From making sure the kids had everything they needed to keeping the schedule running smoothly, Sara handled it all with such warmth and professionalism. She truly went above and beyond, and her thoughtful care made the event stress-free for everyone—especially me as the parent! Highly recommend "

"I held my sons birthday party here. first was given misinformation through the party hotline about being able to have a themed birthday that is extra. Paid well over $800 for 17 children. The event itself wasnt bad the kids enjoyed it but we were in a room that had no a/c mind you it was 17 children plus atleast 1 adult per child & when i asked if we could turn it on they said no so we held opened the door throughout the gathering. Not very accommodating you have to buy everything from them food wise. Id take my children back individually but definitely not worth birthday event. they gave us e"
