"This was the dirtiest play places I’ve been in a while. I like to take my kid to fun safe kid friendly places but this was by far the dirtiest one I’ve been to. This falls on the business owner. They should be hiring a company to come in at night and clean! The floors haven’t been swept or mopped in I couldn’t even tell you how long the amount of dust that was everywhere was insane. "My daughter had fun. BUT... first, I got 3 tickets: me, my daughter, and my mum's. My mum couldn't make it coz of health issues. The staff couldn't give me refund. They gave me the corporate no. So I called the nxt day and they said I could use it within 6months. But I'm leaving to Korea in a week. Just wasted extra 18dollars including the socks for this place. 😒 😡 so I guess don't buy the tickets in advance for any incident that might happen."

"Hosted a Birthday Party for 30 kids and 40 adults in the premium space and it was amazing. Really great communication from the staff. Our party host Cynthia was really attentive and was able to provide extra chairs, plates, cups and even a extra coat rack and hangers. Pizza was hot and on time. Lemonade and water at the ready. Guests enjoyed themselves and most importantly the party girl was happy. Never felt rushed and hostess was very accommodating to our schedule for pizza and cake. We booked the party room for a Saturday from 11-2, but even after leaving the room we stayed until 4:30 cause"
