"I recently visited Urban Air with my daughter for a birthday party, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. We were having a good time until a major issue occurred with the staff. My daughter was allowed to enter the laser tag area by an employee, despite the fact that her wristband clearly indicated she wasn't permitted to do so. This oversight resulted in her getting lost in the game area with one more friend, which caused a lot of stress !!! It was incredibly frustrating to realize that the staff either didn’t notice or didn’t care that my daughter was in an area she shouldn't "

"We had a party there. The manager, Paul was very helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. The fries were cold, so they brought us fresh ones. They also have a lot of staff keeping an eye on the kids, which hasn't always been my experience at similar businesses. A couple attractions were out of order which was a bit of a bummer since we bought the Platinum package."
