What parents say
"This place is just ok. It’s not very clean , and the workers pretty much don’t care. We had fun, but I would rather spend money elsewhere next time. Way too many birthday parties going on as well, and too many kids running around with zero supervision."

"Fun as Always, but Some Room for Improvement Urban Air is always a fun time for the kids — exactly what I expect when I visit. I come here often and the customer service is consistently great. The staff is friendly, and the kids always have a blast just being kids. The only downside is the concession stand — the line is usually slow and long, which can be frustrating when you have hungry kids. Also, there’s not enough supervision in some areas, especially around the dodgeball cages, where things can get a little too wild. Overall, still a great place for family fun, but a few improvements i"

"I really enjoyed the Urban Air on Germantown Pkwy. It wasn't over crowded. My grandkids had a ball. The bathrooms were clean and the employees emptied the garage often. The best thing to do is fill out the waiver papers online that way there's no wait."
