💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →If booking a private party, carefully verify the exact play time included versus party room time to avoid disappointment (e.g., 1 hour play vs. 1 hour party room for $560 for 20 kids) (Review 2).
- →For maximum play value, consider open play sessions as they are perceived as better value than private parties if extended play time is desired (Review 2).
- →Be prepared for potentially difficult parking or arrive early to secure a spot (Review 4).
- →Confirm the venue's current cleanliness and upkeep, especially if visiting based on older negative reviews, as significant renovations have been reported (Reviews 1 vs. 5).
Things to Consider
- ⚠Some past visitors (likely pre-renovation) reported the place smelled awful, was old, worn out, and dirty, with the worst bathrooms (Review 1).
- ⚠Private birthday parties can feel 'rushed' due to specific time allocations and party room rules (Review 2).
- ⚠The private party package ($560 for 20 kids) includes only 1 hour of play time and 1 hour in a party room, which some perceive as a 'rip off' for the cost (Review 2).
- ⚠Once in the party room, kids are not allowed to return to the play area (Review 2).
- ⚠Parking lot can be difficult to find a spot (Review 4).
- ⚠The Roseville location is considered relatively small compared to some other indoor playgrounds (approx. 4,000 sq ft) (Reviews 1, 4).
Price & Value
Mixed. Open play is perceived as good value for money (Review 2). Private parties, at $560 for 20 kids (including 1 hour play and 1 hour party room, plus extra for more pizzas), are considered 'a rip off' and 'waste of time' by one reviewer due to limited active play time and rushed experience (Review 2).
♿Accessibility & Special Needs
- •No specific accessibility accommodations mentioned in the reviews.
🍎Food & Drink Policy
- •Food (pizza) is included in private party packages, with options to add more at an extra cost (Review 2).
- •Cold drinks, snacks, and ice cream are available for purchase on-site from fridges (Review 3).
- •No explicit policy on outside food for open play was mentioned.
🚗Parking Info
- •A parking lot is available, but finding a spot can be difficult (Review 4).
👥Crowd Levels
- •No specific crowd level information provided, but its approximate 4,000 sq ft size and 'relatively small' comparison (Reviews 1, 4) suggest it could feel full during peak times.
🛡️Safety Features
- •The two-story slide has been specifically updated to be 'safer and slower' (Review 5).
- •No other specific safety measures like staff supervision ratios, wristbands, or monitored entry/exit were mentioned.
⏰When to Avoid
- • Booking a private birthday party if you expect more than 1 hour of active play time for your guests, as the package structure might limit this (Review 2).
- • If your primary requirement is a very large indoor play space, as this location (Roseville) is considered relatively small compared to some others (Review 4).
- • If older reviews regarding poor cleanliness and smell are a primary concern, without verifying the impact of recent renovations (Review 1).

a month agoWe have been to many indoor playgrounds in SoCal, visiting the area this week, so we end up trying this one. This place is a typical playground in terms of play options, except that it is much older and dirtier than any indoor playground we had been to! - The place smells awful when we first walked in already. It stinks. - Play area is old, worn out and dirty everywhere. Did not see any staff cleaning at all while we were there (2hrs). Usually we see staff cleaning and disinfecting all the time at other playgrounds, but not at this one. - Bathrooms are the worst in terms of cleanliness. Size wise, it's a decent size with 2 areas, about 4,000 sq ft in size(?).

3 weeks agoHad my daughter’s private party and it was disappointing. I paid $560 for 20 kids to play for an hour. It was a rip off. Food was included and you pay more if you plan on adding more pizzas which I understand. I was under the impression it would be 2 hours of play but it’s one hour of play and one hour in the party room. Once you are in the party room you can not leave the room let’s say if the kids wanted to get more play time. When we were done with the space room they turned off the lights in the room to “clean” while we transitioned to the other play room. The worker who was in our party room didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. It was very rushed and it’s just a waste of time. I kept looking at the clock to make sure we didn’t go over time vs paying attention to my daughter on her day. I do enjoy the open play because I know I get my moneys worth but the private parties are not worth it. Again it was very rushed and I wished the kids had more play time. I’ll just leave it at that.

a year agoGood place to spend your day with kids on a hot day like today. Has few rooms for parties, tables to eat, chairs to sit on, and wait for kids. ⠀ Also, it has few games, fridges with cold drinks, snacks, and ice cream. Clean, with a lot of different activities. Spots for little kids, too. All together, colorful, beautiful place 💜 P.S. Clean bathrooms 🚻 👌

4 months agoThis place was great and they took care of everything. The kids had a blast. I didn't rate it a 5 as the parking lot can be difficult to find a spot and the Roseville location is relatively small compared to some other locations we've tried. In any case, friendly welcoming and helpful staff.
Finding The Force
4 years agoWe just recently had our daughters birthday party here and it was a great experience. They had completely redone all of their play areas and updated them with new themes. They even made the two-story slide safer and slower than before. The staff were all very friendly and everything seemed very clean.
