Insider tips

  • If booking a birthday party, specifically request party hosts like Trey or Caitlin, as they are highlighted for their exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Be aware that laser tag may be more exhilarating with a larger group, though even two participants reported enjoying it.

Good to know before you go

  • Not explicitly mentioned as an 'avoid' situation, but if your primary goal for laser tag is high-energy, competitive play, you might find it less intense with only two participants.
  • Laser tag is noted as 'not the cheapest in town,' though reviews suggest the quality justifies the price.
  • Laser tag experience, while still enjoyable, is 'probably better with more participants' than just two players for maximum engagement.
Crowds
One review mentioned laser tag was 'only the 2 of them' and another 'only our family group,' which might indicate varying crowd levels or the ability to play privately. No explicit reports of overcrowding or specific busy times were mentioned.
Value
Laser tag costs $20 for four 5-minute games. While acknowledged as 'not the cheapest in town,' it is highly rated as 'the best,' implying that the superior experience, including advanced game modes and a multi-tier arena, provides good value for the cost. No hidden fees or additional costs were mentioned in the reviews.
Food
For birthday parties, the party host ensures water is refilled, suggesting drink provisions or management for events. No explicit policy on outside food or general admission food/drinks was mentioned.
Accessibility
No specific accessibility accommodations (e.g., wheelchair access, sensory-friendly hours) were mentioned in these reviews.
Safety
The facility is consistently described as clean, which contributes to overall hygiene and safety perception.

"Our granddaughters, 10 & 11, had a great time here, playing in the giant bounce house and laser tag. Tag was only the 2 of them, probably better with more participants, but they enjoyed it and would definitely go back and would recommend for birthday parties."

"Pretty awesome place. Great team that goes above and beyond for the kiddos. Huge shout to both out for Jonathan and Colin who both helped me out during our visit. Also the laser tag is not the cheapest in town, but it is the best. $20 for four five minute games with secret upgrades, stealth and spy modes, and is multi-tier. Team based and not unlimited, meaning you have to visit the base to reload. Lots of fun."

"Just had a birthday party for my 7 year old. Clean and fun facility. Our party was great and everything went very smoothly. I fully believe that the party was made so much easier by our party host TREY!! Trey is THE BEST! He is very professional and friendly. He paid attention to every detail, always made sure our water was full and went above and beyond his job description! If you have a party request him, your party will be better for it!"
