in the last weekBeautiful views but false advertisement when they say there is electric bikes we got there and they said there was only 2 bikes that they have… the guy at the front was really nice it wasn’t his fault it’s just the organization is poor because we had to get on squeaky bikes with flat tires , which made the experience unbearable. Not much fun like you’d expect in any other city

a week agoGot my bike tires pumped here once. Employees are chill and efficient, and that Violet chick is cool and was hella helpful. 10/10 would ride again

2 weeks agoRented a cruiser and an ebike for the day. First issue: the website advertise tandem bikes but there are actually none available for the foreseeable future. Ebike was great, sturdy and good brakes. Both bikes had good seats, a good thing for rentals and not commonly found in my experience. However the cruisers looked pretty worn out, i had to look several before picking a decent one. Unfortunately, the chain tension was not enough and the chain popped off at some point during the ride. The other issue was a screw for the panier was close to falling off and actually did in the middle of the ride. I had to go back to the rental to switch bikes and several of the other options were one with a broken seat height. One with no seat lock at all and the last one, which I took was a beaten cruiser with the front wheel not true at all. They offered to upgrade to a city bike for free when I rented. Maybe I should have taken the upgrade but I really wanted a cruiser.

a year agoThe pedal fell completely off the bike, twice, and they didn't give us a refund. But what really got me was when they said "usually it takes a few rides for that to happen". Like they knew the pedals fall off regularly and haven't fixed it. Also they don't do basic maintenance like inflating tires. Seats are tilted way back and they claim it's not fixable (it is, with an allen wrench). Nice bike path though!
