*SALSA DANCING WITH Russ Pashayev* Russ is a great instructor and if you’ve been thinking on learning/practicing your Salsa moves, you should take this class. I can’t recommend it more! If I can dance now, anyone can do it!!! This class will give you the base and confidence to move in the dance floor. And if you want to improve your current knowledge, Russ will make sure to meet you at your level. My husband and I started this class with zero experience dancing and having tried before to learn how to dance with no success. Even after the first couple of classes, we were able to go salsa dancing, and to have so much fun doing it! We learned over 10 steps (and learned them well!). We are extremely happy that we took this class!!

Me and my husband always wanted to take dance classes but it just has never happened until last year when we saw the dance classes info on Facebook. It was social ballroom at the Whetstone Community Center. We live in Worthington so that location was just perfect for us. We decided to give it a try and that is how we met the dance teacher called Russ Pashayev. Over the course of just few weeks we were introduced into four different ballroom dances such as waltz, foxtrot, rumba and tango. And we loved it. Russ is a fantastic teacher! We decided to combine the Whetstone group classes with the private lessons which we soon started taking from Russ. His instruction is very efficient, and it is affordable. Now dancing is our hobby. If there is a dance party in town we never miss it. If you are still thinking about dancing, just go to Whetstone and dance with Russ.

As an adult, I decided to learn to dance. I could not have found a better teacher than Russ Pashayev. He is unfailingly kind and patient, explaining and demonstrating the steps. He has the amazing ability to immediately diagnose what a student is doing incorrectly and to kindly correct them. He is constantly supportive of his students and his classes are fun. I've gone from feeling awkward to achieving a sense of confidence. I'm looking forward to Russ's next series of classes.

I've lived in Clintonville for 37 years born and raised. Whetstone library and rec center has always been part of my life. They have two inside workout facilities in the rec center including the additional add-on they have gymnastics equipment in they are not using the room or the equipment current to date. It's perfect size for a pool! I think it's mean you should think about having a pool into that additional add-on they seem to have no plans for. Perhaps I'm wrong on that assumption. I know it would give kids in the neighborhood of Clintonville and surrounding area a great place to go and if there's a swimming pool there that could add revenue and make the community safer. We are referring to our children when it comes to the the pool including ourselves of course. Self-care is the most important thing one can do for oneself. With the full-size gymnasium basketball court that can be converted into a tennis court excetera the exercise rooms consist one of cardio in the second room consist of free weights and end bodybuilding machines no. Reasonably new equipment all functioning well. It's amazing this place brings back so many memories when I look at the baseball field and where the basketball court used to be. Of course you know this part comes with a full size playground for our kids as well. Oh yes, the memories. I encourage people to be sure to spread the word about the amenitie. Membership is extremely cheap for those who do not have insurance or cannot afford memberships to other gyms. Considering the library is right next door, it's a win-win especially when it comes to ourselves and especially to our children's children. I give Whetstone Library Rec Center 5 out of 5 stars hands down.
