Wild Animal Safari - Pine Mountain, Georgia This safari was really fun and it became the highlight of the trip. We created an unforgettable moment!! It's a great way to spend a day with friends and family. Live animals roaming and interacting with you—it's incredible! The entire family can enjoy it. It wasn’t too crowded, and the weather was perfect. We scream and get super excited! My recommendation is to buy more than 1 bag of feed. I would wish I have more. I should have bought like 2-3 next time since I know are gonna go crazy with it…. I highly recommend visiting this place with the family & friends!!

Lions and tigers and bears ..oh my! A great way to spend a day with the kiddo's. Just 2 hour south of the airport sits 330+ acres of fun. Live animals roaming and interacting with the visitors. Pro tips: take the free bus (leave the driving to someone else and enjoy watching the kids feed the animals. If you have to rent one of their vans but whatever you do don't drive your personal vehicle. Buses run every 30 minutes. So, if you missed the bus start with the walk through portion of the park 1st. Here you will find the reptile house, a interactive bird house where you can feed the birds and a 12 foot alligator. Here is also where you will find the tigers and bears, kangaroos, monkeys, lemurs and a host of other animals. There is also a petting zoo. Most of the animals were active and we were able to take some great pics.

Loved! Just 1.5 hours outside of Atlanta and easy to get to. We arrived as soon as they opened, and there was no wait and van rentals were readily available. When we returned an hour later, there was an hour wait time. The animals are used to the people, vehicles, and feeding experience which makes it super cool. The animals literally walk right up to the vehicle and eat out of your hand and my son loved it. You can drive your own vehicle, ride their tour bus, or rent one of their vehicles. The bus and rental vans cannot be reserved in advance and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You have to purchase their food to feed the animals, and it comes in 2 sizes. We purchased the smaller bag and it lasted through the driving tour. You can go through food pretty fast though, so keep that in mind. The walking trail is worth a visit. Perfectly sized for a quick walkthrough and additional feature for the park. It rained the night before, so the seats in the rental van were wet. They provided trash bags to line the seats to avoid sitting in soggy seats. I feel like they should lead with offering a dry solution when their vehicles are wet, we had to return to the ticket office to request the trash bags. Overall experience is great!

Had a great time and I appreciated the fact that it actually took some time to drive through the park. Pretty pricey (we paid around $175 for 2 adults/2 kids, a car rental, and 2 cups of food), but we enjoyed ourselves. A lot of the animal exhibits in the walk-through zoo area were under construction, but we still had fun looking at what was actually there. Be advised if you go later in the day that the gift shop and food areas close before the rest of the park - we got there between 2-3pm and by the time we drove through the park, we couldn't get in the gift shop (I think we finished up around 4pm).
