a week ago5 Stars - Absolutely Incredible! Visiting Zoo Atlanta was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any zoo! Every exhibit was absolutely incredible — you can tell so much thought, care, and education went into creating each habitat. I loved how there were multiple places to view the elephants and other amazing creatures from different parts of the park, offering unique perspectives and interactions at every turn. The landscaping was breathtaking — the trees were so mature and beautifully grown, giving the entire park a lush, shaded, natural feel that made walking through it even more magical. Everywhere I turned, there was something stunning to see. Every staff member and volunteer we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the animals and conservation. You could feel the pride they have for what they do, and it made the experience even more meaningful. This is hands down one of the best zoos I have ever visited. Honestly, I loved it so much I would volunteer here just to spend more time in such an incredible environment. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta — it’s an unforgettable experience!

2 weeks agoIt was very crowded with all the kids on their field trips but it was just so much fun seeing the rhinos and elephants. I loved it so much. I would also recommend spending some time in the reptile and amphibian area as they are so cool and informative. They also have some species of frog that are extinct in the wild so take this opportunity to see them before they are gone. I also really liked the gorilla and warthog exhibit. But yeah would go again just later in the day after the field trips are done.

a week agoZoo Atlanta offers a fantastic experience for all ages! The diverse collection of animals, from majestic elephants in the impressive African Savanna to the playful primates and the fascinating red panda, truly captivates visitors. The zoo's layout is easy to navigate, making it enjoyable for families with young children. The exhibits appear well-maintained, and it's evident that the animals' well-being is a priority. Don't miss the engaging reptile house and the unique free-flight aviary, the overall atmosphere is engaging and educational, making for a memorable day out in Atlanta.

a week agoWe went to the zoo on a pretty busy day. Even though it was crowded, it was still enjoyable! We got to feed the giraffes for $4 without having to schedule in advance. In addition, the animals were all very lively, seemingly happy, and well cared for. Me and my fiancé had a great time!

4 weeks agoWe bought the city pass, and they had a separate line for us to go in, which made it a lot faster. The staff there was extremely kind and educated in the exhibits they were near. We went on a Saturday and there was a good bit of people there but it wasn't overcrowded and plenty of seats to take breaks from walking. The animals looked to be well kept and maintained and healthy. Can't wait to go back !
