Wonderland Playground

I absolutely loved this place as well as my kids. There was so much to do, but so little time and that is the only downside to this place. There is a time limit, increments of 2 hrs. On the upside it was not overly crowded. Don't get me started on the price $18 per child adults do not have to pay umm hello you cannot beat that...They also have a snack bar. What I loved the most, COFFEE was on the menu!!! A+++ to this place I was truly impressed.

My 2 year old twins had a blast! Pricing is affordable and duration is perfect. They have snacks & drinks available with healthy options. The toys and items they sell are very reasonably priced.

Three year old playing peacefully with a communication device and supervised was asked to be removed from an area for being half an inch taller than three feet. I observed several children taller than her going in and out of this play area. The owner was made aware that the child is autistic and there was no offer of accommodation whatsoever. We left because our daughter was so upset that she was unable to play in an area where she felt safe and happy. We also had two other children with us that had their time cut short. We were offered a full refund for our time purchased. We have had a birthday party and multiple visits to this business with no issue. The owner offered nothing but "I'm sorry." We will not be returning because it is obvious my special needs daughter was singled out despite having direct supervision and keeping to herself while being mindful of the other children. Zero stars. Edit: Pictures added to show a toddler sliding on slides as intended. There were also multiple adults on the equipment with their children despite postings saying no adults on the equipment.

The staff was very welcoming. The facility is very safe for small children, most all the structural parts are covered and makes it safer for little ones to navigate. All the colors and different activities kept my 5,4, and 1 year olds very busy. There is a nice snack area positioned center of the play areas so you can watch all 3 different play sections. There is an area that is for only babies, very easy for the little ones to navigate, they can crawl, sing, and slide safely. The place is overall awesome, it was worth the 45 minute drive.

My almost 3 year old daughter was told that she could not play in a certain area because she was just a little bit taller for the height requirements. She is a little delayed therefore does not understand why she could not play in that area. Babies and younger kids can play in other areas where the bigger kids play. How is that fair? Why can a short 4 year old play in that area but a tall 3 year old can't? Why not have an age requirement instead of a height requirement? I feel Wonderland is discriminating against children with challenges. The "little kid" area was my child's favorite place to play. She finally worked up the courage to slide down the slide. But now she is "kicked" out of that area because of her height? It is sad that we won't be going back to wonderland due to feeling discriminationed against.
