Xcel Energy Water Power Park

Great job repurposing this area into a park. Lots of paths that lead out to viewing areas of the wastewater area which is an amazing feat of engineering. Lots of benches to sit an enjoy the views.

I love coming down here, especially later in the evening. I've captured many beautiful photos from this spot

Good up close views of Mississippi River. Not easily accessible for persons with mobility devices.

It’s a cool spot to see the West Bank of the cities from a unique perspective of being on a peninsula in the Mississippi River/

I used to spend a lot of time here when I would hang around Minneapolis. This is a great spot to get a pretty impressive view of the city right across the river while overlooking the dam. There are usually people walking, biking, or fishing around the park. When I would be around that area it seemed to be a pretty popular area to hang out and enjoy some of the things the area has to offer.
