YMCA Camp Reed

"I pulled a muscle at work and came here to soak in the hot tub. It was closed. The did not tell me this when I checked in, even though I said I was there for the hot tub. They offered me a refund, but I was waiting almost 25 minutes (in extreme pain and a wet swimsuit from showering) while they tried to figure out how to give me a refund. I had to work at 3am and needed to get home and get to bed."

"First, I would like to say that I never leave reviews unless I truly feel I was wronged, or unless service is exceptional. Unfortunatly, in this case, it was that i feel wronged. This experience leaves me feeling very upset and I've tried to fix it through the corporate office and the administrator Patrick seems sympathetic, but is unable to help me without the Camp Runners approval. I dropped both my daughter's at Camp Reed.
