"The guy working the counter this past Saturday is everything the YMCA is NOT. I absolutely did not feel welcome. I stopped in with a fellow member just to look at schedules for upcoming classes to see what we would want to go to. Immediately this guy was like you can't be here, you can't sit in the lobby. I explained to him we weren't planning on working out this particular day but regardless his initial approach shouldn't be so harsh and critical, especially when right in front of him was a sign saying everyone is welcome. I felt disrespected unwelcome and disappointed in the lack of service "
