I brought my 5 year old great granddaughter to Altitude yesterday. The young man behind the desk was polite and helpful. There were watchers in 4 different locations at Altitude, making sure everyone was safe. The facility is very clean, including the bathrooms. It was such a good experience, I purchased a season pass for her! She had a great time and we will go back!

The park was nice. Lots of trampolines for the kids. The front desk attendent ( a young man with long women's nails) was very rude. Upon buying tickets he tells my child who's waiting for his wristband to back up, and yells it at him, only to say now walk back up again 1 second later. Idk what kinda power trip that was but I won't be returning here again. Fire that freak and I'll gladly give a 5 star review

We visited Altitude for my little niece party last night and I was amazed with our service. The party host was very attentive and friendly. The staff was courteous and helpful with us. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the environment. I’m very satisfied with my experience.

This is my family's new gym membership! My kids love to play here, I get a workout, and everyone leaves happy. (My kids ask to come daily!) The staff are very friendly and kind. The equipment feels both safe and fun. The facility is always clean. Altitude is a fantastic value for the price!
