Surge really exceeded our expectations. The bowling lanes were clean and well-maintained, and the arcade had a great mix of games for both kids and adults. What really stood out, though, was the food—way better than your typical entertainment spot. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and the whole place was spotless. A great spot for a fun, stress-free day with the family!

First, they put a lot of money into this place and there is A LOT of different activities to try. Activities included arcade games, bowling, inflatable bounce area, restaurant, strike arena (also like a play space), mini golf and laser tag. The greeter at the door was friendly and told us about the specials, however, it wasn't fully explained that the arcade games wouldn't collect points for prize redemption. This was a bit of a bummer. BUT here are my observations that I hope management will see and make some changes in the near future. The staff at the stations have absolutely no idea how the cards/bands/promotion work. Both the inflatable and strike arena have signs to see the bowling counter but the guy at the bowling counter didn't understand the all inclusive card. The front desk/prize people didn't understand the promotion. The person at the Strike Arena also had no idea how the cards worked and asked for a band. The strike arena appears to be some sort of game but nothing was explained on entry so they are just using as a play place. The mini golf and the dark ride were fun but the lady at the dark ride started the ride before everyone was even fully seated. There was zero explanation of the ride/game and no warning before the ride started for safety. I realized others had found guns to the game so I grabbed mine as I hurried to buckle with the seat moving! There was trash in the floor of one of the VR games, we were there at opening. This makes me concerned about their cleaning practices. Other observations that would be nice to have: There are no benches or chairs for parents in the big hall with the bounce area, strike arena, laser tag and mini golf to sit while kids play. There are no shoe cubbies or shoe area for the bounce area or strike arena so shoes are set across the floor. This place could be the best in the area for the non-teenagers with minor changes and a solid morning meeting to align the staff on how their stations work, how to work with customers and how the promotions work. This rating would definitely change if the concerns above were addressed as this place could be an amazing entertainment place for the littles and adults.

TERRIBLE experience. Half of the restrooms weren’t working. Half of the gaming devices didn’t work. We arrived and had to wait for our table to be set up, had to request the water that was included in the party package that we paid for. Per the company policy, kids aren’t allowed to jump without the Surge grip socks. So on this occasion, because they missed their shipment, our children were put at risk of getting injured. Paying for a party package, the socks are included in the bundle. Since they missed their shipment and were out of socks they were still permitted to play. The socks cost $3.25 a pair , which comes out to be $32.50 for the 10 jumper party pack. We asked to be reimbursed for the price of the socks since we didn’t get them, but the general manager Natalie said she couldn’t do anything for us. So I’m wondering what we paid $350 for?

When I first walked in, the place seemed pretty crazy, kids running all around. I went there for a birthday party 🥳. All that matters is if the kids have a good time, which they seem to really enjoy it. The place is large and has a lot of different areas to play in.
