"This Urban Air location is a hit or miss kinda situation. Our children have an absolute blast at this place but there are opportunities for improvement to say the least. The staff is super rough to deal with. It is a bunch of teens standing around grouped together as if it is some sort of social gathering versus employees manning their gun ports and handling their duties while on shift. "The location was super clean and organized compared to the one in Tallahassee, FL. Food was decent too. The electric Go-karts are probably the best addition to an Urban Air I can think of. We had a group of about 15, and we all really enjoyed it. At one point one of our kids Go-kart died on the track and another one of our kids kart ran in back of it. It scared our niece, and she was crying. When we got off the track, the Manager actually stepped away from what she was doing to check on us and ask if there was anything she could do to help her. She was fine, just emotional, but it was nice to "

"I'm not going to lie, it was fairly crowded. There were attractions we went to that didn't even have an attendant. Part of the building had a mess, especially the mens restroom. I wanted to participate with the kids but wasn't sure which ones were adult friendly. Over all we had fun. I would still go back."
