a week agoI can’t say enough glowing things about Altitude. The place is so spacious and clean and the service is outstanding. I just had my daughter’s birthday party there for 14 of her friends and parents so about 45 of us in total. I reserved the mezzanine level for the party…and they literally did the rest from party decorations, tables set, served the children their pizzas and checked in on us throughout. When we left Altitude, my newly minted 8yo said: “best birthday party ever!” Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

2 weeks agoHats off to this Altitude crew. *applause* They were amazing. That’s all I can say. Wife went forward and made sure all things were lined up. I’m rear with the kid and all the goodies for the party. She calls me and says the invitees were already there! Altitude was open armed and made it happen with the birthday kid delayed en route. That welcoming trend continued throughout our entire birthday bash. The name was up so everyone could see. Tables were set ready for a bunch of kids to make a mess of. I walk in…I felt welcomed and like a VIP. Not sure if anyone around this area has noticed but service is nonexistent anymore. So I’m immediately impressed. Whitney and Sloan (forgive me girls if I misspelled your name) were so awesome. They ran the table with a bunch of hyper kids. They served drinks. They served pizza. They served cake. All the while they were doing it like some other restaurants should be taking notes of…I notice things like this. They served it “open-style”…they’re not putting their elbows in these kids’ faces. On top of that…they knew how to manage the hyper! Didn’t even feel it. They just worked. I can’t say enough of how the day went and how we were treated. Kudos to the manager. She helped with a 911 issue and without hesitation she took care of us. We were taken care of. Extremely well. Thank you team.

3 weeks agoThis is a nice, large, clean facility. I was pleased with the number of staff members present near the trampolines. They were actually paying attention and monitoring the jumpers. There is a separate area for kid parties upstairs, which gave me a nice view of the entire facility to watch my kids. There is also plenty of seating areas throughout, so you can sit and watch your kids from almost anywhere. My sons loved the rock wall. I highly recommend.

a year agoNice place for kids, staff friendly and polite. Clean. The snack area is very good. The only think they are extremely vigilant to see when your bracelet expire. Staff told my kid to get out because the bracelet expire and 459pm the time I asked because this was my first time there was 5:01pm and they told me the kids can not jump anymore. Price / time i think they are similar places that kids can enjoy a little more time.

11 months agoGreat location for fun times. Despite it being busy it felt like there was more than enough with each other room for everyone. I think there’s fun to be had here for old and young. Dodgeball, foam pits for young children and older is very helpful to avoid run-ins. There is a basketball hoop and a rotating padded arm that you need to jump or duck. Lots of fun with the trampolines. Lots of parking. Very clean - there seemed to be hand sanitizer on every picnic table. There is a lot of sitting areas for those waiting. I felt like there were a decent amount of empires watching the children with whistles to keep the play fun and safe. This location isn’t affiliated to the Katy & Sugar land location so it was disappointing that I had to pay here since we’re members at the other locations where we can jump am unlimited amount for a hour at a time.
