3 months agoWe had my grandson’s 2 birthday here today and I will say I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service we received. The attendant Olivia did not tell us anything about how they tend the party. I had to ask about when they would bring the pizza. Geesh for it to be a party and they are supposed to be the attendant, she should have given us a run down as soon as we came in. Poor customer service. I even had to ask about the free shirt we were supposed to get. That’s just ridiculous!!! Now I will say the attendants at the play stations…they were ON POINT and attentive. Kudos to them !!!!

4 months agoThis is the worst location in the Houston area, no exaggeration. First, employees are careless and rude. Every single time I’ve been here someone has a nasty attitude. They’re rude to kids when parents aren’t around and 15 minutes before they closed I was walking past an attraction and heard an employee tell a group of kids “man y’all need to just leave already we close in like 10 minutes” 10 minutes or no, they’re still open. And to tell this to children is crazy and it’s always when parents aren’t around. That’s bully behavior coming from older teenagers/young adults. Second, there’s never any food at the concession and pizza takes about an hour to come out and the wait time just to order takes foreverrrrr. I waited 20 min in line for a water bottle. Lastly, this place is DISGUSTING. The restrooms look straight out of a Saw movie, there was tiny roaches in the stall I was in with trash everywhere and the ball pit had styrofoam mats coming up sticking out and they were full of MOLD!! Kids literally bury themselves in these pits, hands and feet touch the ground as they continue to touch other things or put their hands in their mouths and if the tiles hadn’t been pulled off the ground I wouldn’t have seen the mold on the tiles. As someone with asthma, this is a huge health hazard. Never will I ever bring my kid to this location again if even an Urban Air at all. This place is unsafe for your health and was just a huge let down. Also, this place is SO HOT. Why am I sweating when I’m not jumping?! Urban Air do better!!

2 months agoThis place is the best my kids love it here soo much. Everyone always does a great job watching the kids making sure it’s safe. I’ve had parties done here and they literally always do everything on time! Didn’t have to worry about a thing! Make sure you tip the attendants on parties some of these teens are working there first jobs here!! 🥰🥰🥰 The manager Gabriella G. also made sure everything was perfect for my day. This place gets all the energy out of my kids at the end of the day! Thank you
