4 months agoOur first time coming was amazing the employees were so nice and very friendly. Everyone in my family enjoyed it. The zip line I would say is the funniest. I crashed into the wall a bit while riding the zip line but u still recommend it. The ball pit parkour was very fu. I almost made it to the end but I failed and went into the ball pit. This place is very nice to have your family visit. And it also includes go karts and trampolines.

3 months agoOf all the Urban Airs around greater Houston, the Webster location currently has the best activities for young children (6-10). We went there for 7 year old birthday party and kids had a blast with the go-karts and laser tags. Play areas are clean with appropriate staff to assist and manage the attractions. There is plenty of tables around the cafe. Staff are friendly and helpful for smaller kids.

6 months agoNot a jumping park but a constant upsell. 10 trampolines- freestyle, dodge ball, basketball courts, a small open area. Lots of arcade games, go carts, zip line, etc. I do like the ball pit and play towers. Easy enough for my two year old to get through. Staff is nice but thinly staffed and doing the best they can. Everything has a feel of wear and tear. Go during the week or it is an overcrowded nightmare with little supervision by parents and a teen staff just trying to get through day.

8 months agoSo I buy my kids monthly passes. They go to get on the go carts and find out, that you have to be 18 to take a passenger in a go cart. Please explain to me where it says this, my kids stand in line for 45 minutes to find this out once they get to the gate. Why is it my 16 year old daughter can drive a passenger van with 12 adults inside but she can’t drive a go cart with her 10 year old brother. Yeah seems like a load of garbage to me.

a month agoThis place was great when they first opened but it has gone really down hill. The kids spent more time waiting in long lines for activities than anything else, clearly poorly trained employees with bad attitudes. Not to mention it is absolutely filthy and every surface covered in trash and sticky. When I ordered snacks at the snack booth the cashier took it upon herself to assume my $3 change was a tip and didn’t even attempt to give me it or a receipt. Not worth the high price to get in. There’s signs around essentially bribing visitors to leave a good review with the promise of a free slushee.
