My company rented several games (pool tables, ping pong tables, electronic darts, air hockey, and foosball tables) for a large corporate event in Houston, and I can't say enough good things about the team at AGH. They were professional and responsive from the get-go. Andre was very easy to communicate with and work with, and willing to answer any and every question I had. The games were delivered on time and in excellent condition, and the delivery crew was friendly and professional and walked me through how to operate each game. Prices were also very reasonable. AGH will be my go-to for any game rental needs in the Houston area moving forward. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and equipment. Excellent company all around.

I worked with Arcade Games of Houston to rent several machines for a corporate event. Andre and his team are well-organized throughout planning, delivery and drop-off and the machines were in great condition!

Excellent experience! I bought a Space Invaders Deluxe game yesterday, and had it delivered today. I paid 500 for the game and 90 for delivery. Game was cleaned plastic wrapped and delivered when they said it would be delivered. Joe the delivery guy called on the way out to my place to confirm the time and he was very personable when he arrived. I look forward to working with these guys in the future as I build my collection.

In my experience, this place can offer really good customer service if you're looking into buying a cabinet. I found that Andre (the owner, I think) was both courteous and upfront with what they offer. Joe is another very friendly fella there, and ended up showing my gf a picture of his family when we went by. Negotiating with real, genuine people makes a big difference. They can get a classic monitor looking exceptionally sharp and colorful for classic machines. (At least, the one we saw.) They had a large variety of machines when we went. (Things like Street Fighter, Neo Geo, 70's or 80's classics, or even huge racing cabinets.) They can even put in an LCD if that's what you want. I think this is actually where many local businesses source their machines. If you want a real arcade machine, good service, and you're a local, this place may be worth checking out!

We rented a boxing game for a tradeshow and it worked out perfectly. Andre was easy to work with - always responsive. Set up and removal personnel was on time and very concientieious. Will definitely use them again.
