About Main Event Humble
Main Event Humble offers a multi-activity entertainment experience, particularly good for families and groups looking for arcade games and bowling. While food quality and service can be inconsistent, a proactive new manager (Chris) is effective at resolving issues and improving customer experience, especially during promotions like the 'all you can play' Monday.

Insider tips
- Consider visiting on a Monday to take advantage of the 'all you can play' promotion.
- If ordering food, prioritize wings, burgers, or sandwiches, and be prepared to alert staff/management if pizzas are undercooked or other dishes are unsatisfactory.
- For any service issues or non-working machines, immediately contact a manager, as they are noted for being highly responsive and effective at problem-solving.
- If planning a party, expect good service and attention.
- Be aware that some arcade machines might be out of order, so check before committing credits.
Good to know before you go
- If high-quality, consistent dining is your top priority, as food quality can be hit-or-miss depending on the dish.
- If you have zero tolerance for slow service without wanting to engage management.
- If a significant portion of your budget is for arcade games and you're unwilling to risk some machines being out of order.
- Inconsistent food quality: wings, burgers, and sandwiches received positive feedback, but pizzas have been served undercooked, and other dishes like chicken, macaroni, and potato salad were described as bland or poorly prepared (macaroni cheese like 'water and milk,' potato salad like 'mustard and nothing else').
- Service can be slow and appear overworked due to potential understaffing, particularly for individual or smaller groups.
- Crowds
- Mondays appear to be a good time to visit, possibly due to promotions or lower crowd levels, leading to a wonderful experience.
- Value
- The 'all you can play' promotion on Mondays offers great value for access to activities. However, the value for money on food is inconsistent, with some dishes being very bland or poorly prepared. The mention of 'tithing 10% to machines that didn’t work' indicates poor value on arcade games if they are faulty, which could lead to hidden costs through wasted game credits.
- Food
- Food and drinks are available on-site, with a manager willing to rectify issues (e.g., replacing an undercooked pizza).
- Accessibility
- No specific accessibility accommodations mentioned in the reviews.
- Safety
- No specific safety features are mentioned in the reviews.
What parents say
"The wings, burgers and sandwiches were great but the pizzas were undercooked. We informed the manager and she took care of it by making a different dish. There was only 1 waiter and he was good but appeared overworked because service was slow. Good drinks and atmosphere. Clean restrooms."

"Yesterday I went to a company event, which is our holiday party. I loved everything about the place, I played arcade games and went bowling with my co-workers. I have never tasted something so bland I had to imagine eating fried chicken so I could eat something. The potato salad tasted like mustard and nothing else, I thought I was drinking from a Mustard bottle. The macaroni was horrible the breading was the only thing good, the cheese ta"

"Food is okay. Service is okay unless you get a party then they take good care of you. I just took my wife here and I probably tithed 10% to the machines that didn’t work. All in all it was a good date."
