Main Event Stafford

"We stopped by Main Event in Stafford for my nephew Chase's 9th birthday party, and it was an absolute blast! The staff went above and beyond to make the celebration special. The games, bowling, and laser tag were a hit with the kids—and even the adults joined in the fun! The food was great, and the party setup was seamless. Chase and his friends had an unforgettable time, and so did we! This is definitely the perfect spot for a birthday party or family outing. Highly recommend!"

Came for the Monday arcade game special (12 bucks for unlimited play). Brought my kids here to have a little fun but unfortunately most of the multiplayer games have some sort of malfunction preventing uninterrupted fun. Both connect 4 games are only able to be played with one person vs. the computer. Cleanliness wasn’t the best either. Restrooms doesn’t seem to be tended to regularly. Overall not a terrible experience but would definitely recommend going to another location.

The manager ( Chris ) wouldn't address the food platter. Pretzel bread is extremely salty, and I paid for all night bowling. The game cut off every hour, which is understandable, but I couldn't get my next games started back up. It took over 20 minutes each time, so I only bowl 3 games. SMH

Disappointing Birthday Experience My family recently celebrated my 7-year-old daughter's birthday at this bowling venue, and I regret to say it was an extremely disappointing experience that fell short in multiple ways. The venue was severely overcrowded, suggesting poor capacity management. Despite having a booking, the wait times for food were unacceptable. When we ordered pizza for both children and adults, the service was extremely slow, leaving hungry children waiting for an unnecessarily long time. The most concerning aspect was the unprofessional behavior of our designated host. Not only was he dismissive and unaccommodating, but he also showed a complete lack of awareness of basic customer service. He was largely absent when needed, particularly during food service, and seemed uninterested in addressing our requests or concerns. The absolute low point came during what should have been the most special moment of the celebration - when my daughter was blowing out her birthday candles. The host chose exactly this moment to interrupt by presenting the bill for signature. This demonstrated a complete lack of sensitivity and understanding of what a children's birthday celebration should be. While we had a proper booking and contract with the venue, the overall experience was far below acceptable standards. The combination of overcrowding, poor service, inattentive staff, and complete lack of consideration for important moments has ensured we won't return. I cannot recommend this venue for any children's celebrations or family events. There are certainly better options available that will treat your special occasions with the care and respect they deserve.

Most of the games would take your money. Or they was out of service. Came for my daughters birthday and was very disappointed. Sat down for food waiting 20 mins before getting up and talking to someone about no waiter. no hello nothing manager had us order from the bar And waited another 20 mins for water wasn't busy at all everyone walking past us paying us no mind. When he finally brought water they was tall cups with no lids I asked him for kids cups and he said they was out our food came 1 min later I asked that guy if they had any kids cup and he brought me back those same cups other claimed was gone. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME !!! Wouldn't recommend crazy cause this place has great reviews & that's why we didn't go to Dave's.
