B&B Theatres Overland Park 16

Filthy...I was shocked at the condition of this theater. We got tickets, popcorn and drinks then noticed only 1 of the napkin dispensers had any in it, popcorn all over the floor, Walking down the hall we saw more dirty floors and couches that should be thrown out. The women's restroom had no paper towels and multiple clogged toilets. The theater had not been cleaned. There was popcorn all over and dirty napkins. About 5 minutes before the show was supposed to begin, an attendant came in with a full waste bin and broom to sweep attempt (pretend) to sweep. We will not be back. We spent over $60 there and it was a total disappointment.

Great experience traveling to this move theatre. Beautiful structure, welcoming staff, very clean, neat waterfall in the center as a more upscale type of B&B movie experience. Very spacious, great place to go to sit and eat prior to the start of your movie. They definitely did not disappoint. Plus I walked into fresh popcorn being popped which is always a win for me! 🖤

Enjoyed my experience here the other day. I am usually an AMC guy, but the movie time was right and I got to try one of their 4D movies. It's a pretty interesting experience if you haven't tried it. Got some blasted air along with some impacts to your butt or lower back for specific scenes. Some extra movement from your chair when cars get up and go or some bumps or wrecks and things like that. I tend to get slightly motion sick, so it wasn't probably my favorite movie going experience. But I did not get sick, and it was definitely a interesting experience for my first 40 movie watching Fast X. The place was super clean and from the pictures you can see that they have decorated very nicely. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend going to check out a movie here.

Visited the B&B at Overland Park 16 and was impressed by the welcoming staff, outstanding cleanliness, and the comfortable seating that enhanced my viewing experience. The snacks and drinks were adequate. Highly recommend for a great film outing.

Wasn't the experience I thought it would be. 4D not worth the price for Beetlejuice 2. The seats were super uncomfortable and really didn't follow the motions correctly. Didn't have any other effects but motion and wind. I've been to others with more comfortable seats and more effects. It was a sad day. BTW the movie was not that great either. Beetlejuice (Keaton) and Lydias daughter (Ortega) were great. The other actors were mediocre at best.
