a week agoI rarely write reviews, especially for an “indoor playground” because the experience is pretty universal anywhere. I’m just there for my kids to have a good time and try and drown out the chaos, very understaffed environments, long lines, staff that don’t want to be there and dirtiness. This place is the absolute exception!!!! When I tell you I was blown away, not only with the amount of different activities and play areas here, but it was CLEAN, the staff SMILED and were ATTENTIVE, ensuring everyone’s safety. They have staff at every area which is so rare, but amazing to see. They made sure kids were following rules and taking turns, which is often an area of frustration at such places as bigger kids will be territorial and pick on smaller kids. I also loved the separate areas for little kids as well as there is still so much for little toddlers to do! We didn’t have any food there, so I can’t review that, but the birthday party areas look awesome and my kids have already asked to have their birthdays there. I hope that as this place gets busier, they are able to maintain this level of excellence! 10/10 recommend!!!!

a month agoA first in Minnesota, Big Air Burnsville is an absolute blast. My toddlers, my spouse and I all had the time of our life on almost every attraction they have! From soft play and trampolines specifically restricted to toddlers, to warped walls and dodgeball - there's something for every age and ability level. Great seating for parents or caretakers to watch, while their youth get all of their energy out jumping, crashing and hanging. Really cool integration with technology here with the "Valo" stuff. There's AR (Augmented Reality) that allows the player to see themselves avoiding the lava floor or a jump screen that you can play the classic "doodle jump" with you as the main character! You can even send the videos of you doing these things to your email or phone. Super cool to be able to take something home of the fun that you had! Highly recommend a stop in here, a really great way to get your family disconnected with screens and have everyone playing like a kid again! Five different party rooms, two being totally (semi)private. Very good food from their kitchen, including hotdogs, pizza, fries, and like chicken three different ways. Coke products. Parking might be a challenge on a busy day, but the lot is large - just might need to drop off some kids.

a month agoThis place is great, friendly staff, the manager was very helpful. We were is the zones the most with employee Ryan he was very helpful and nice to the kids. Wifi was working great, clean bathrooms plenty of party rooms. So many digital interactive games to play that was a surprise. Coming back today at noon with more kids then will add longer review and photos and videos

a month agoWe had a "dojo night out" and brought a group of 30 people and had an absolute blast. Individuals who ranged from youth to adult participated in the activities and it was such an amazing experience. The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating especially with our large group. Any and every question or concern was addressed and handled with care. We really felt taken care of through the whole process leading up to and during our time there. The communication and information we had before our event made planning and preparation for our group so easy. There is individual check in and group check in which makes the process a breeze. You will need to fill out a liability waiver to jump but we had the option of filling out paper forms or digital forms before we arrived. They also have a qr code to fill out upon arrival on a personal device as well as tablets available on site to fill out the forms. We had a lot of opportunities to do activities together as a group as well as individually, which made this outing extra special. From dodgeball, basketball, the augmented reality valo area, and the three story Arena X obstacle course with colored button game for teams. They are committed to no arcade games where people stand still and stare at a screen. Any technology based entertainment will require physical activity to use. Many of our students who had visited other indoor parks in the Twin Cities commented that there is more variety of things to do at Big Air and it was more fun. Lots of enjoyment was had, lots of energy was burnt, and people were exhausted by the end of our two hour session. Could not recommend Big Air Burnsville enough. It's a great way to burn off some energy and have a fun time while doing it. We will definitely be back!

a month agoThis place is so fun! I only intended on letting the kids have their fun but turned out the adults had some fun as well. The games you can play while jumping are a great idea. There’s plenty to do to keep them busy for a while!
